Where to get materials

Energy of Insolence — 1–2 from each Elmoreden's Lady (4th floor) and Power Angel Amon (11th floor) in the Tower of Insolence
Elemental Stone — from Pona (Collector) in Giran
Talisman Crystal — in clan hall shops (200,000 adena, 1 per hour) or from Pona (Collector) in Giran (800,000 adena, no limit)
Crystal (B-grade) — crystallize B-grade items. Needed to upgrade V to VI.
Baium's Soul — dropped by Baium.

Everything is done at Blacksmith Baggins in Giran. Materials are consumed regardless of the result.

Create I: 40 Elemental Stones + 1 Energy.
I → II: 30 Talisman Crystals + 40 Stones + 2 Energy. 80% success, otherwise stays I.
II → III: 45 Crystals + 100 Stones + 3 Energy. 60% success, otherwise stays II.
III → IV: 70 Crystals + 100 Stones + 4 Energy. 40% success, 50% stays III, 10% drops to II.
IV → V: 100 Crystals + 200 Stones + 5 Energy. 10% success, 50% stays IV, 40% drops to III.
V → VI: Talisman V + 5,000 Crystals (B-grade). 100% success.
VI → Talisman of Baium: Talisman VI + Baium's Soul. 100% success.
